  • Hightlight of the day:

Witnessed a 15 pound turkey flying into the window on the second floor of an office building in Whiteplanes, which ended off with a big tumble into the ground caused by the g-force of 9.8m/s^2.

  • Hey! It just gets better by the day~
This week I was able to accomplish a few things that I've been urging myself to do; such as seeing My old High School buddies and most importantly getting back into shape.  It all started with Karaoke with Bon Bon, which miraculously led to an evening of drinks with Chris and Ana Maria da Cool chick.  As I thought it was over, a couple of days later we had a nice BBQ together along with some mellow music ( my speakers are still outside).  After the major struggle of 3 years at Stony Brook studying electrical engineering, seeing old faces was a great motivation for me to get the Hell back into shape. Several days ago I ran on the Francis Lewis Track for the first time and boy does it feel nice and cushy.  I wish they had the track earlier when I was there.  As far as I can remember it used to be sand and gravel and now... CLAY!, clay is nice.  Yesterday was pretty cool, thanks to Bon Bon for working out with me at the Y, I'll teach you how to swim some day... ok?

Now its time to do a little exploring down in Virginia~!
Where are my shades?  Alright someone, buy me some shades.

  • If anyone has roth regatta pictures of the "COFFIN BOAT" meaning the Egyptian one, please make sure that I get them.

The semester is nearing to an end as I'm slowly tackling down one assignment after another.  After a week's work and a week full of unfortunate gastroenteritis like symptoms, such as scenarios of vomiting and diarrhea it was very difficult to perform my best but I tried.

Even though there are bad times, there are also good times... For instance Roth Regatta.

Congratulations to every one in my crew for taking the time out to work on  the boat.  Our hard work has definitely paid off, which placed us in second place for the "show boat".  Based on my two years of experience as gatherer, designer, craftsman and paddler, I have noticed one thing for sure.  No matter how perfect the boat may seem before the race, the performance of the boat is never the same in the water.  Well the good part is that we always make it to the finish line =).
